Reflections on Catholic Education
Catholic education and Mount Royal Academy has such great importance to me because the mission of the school is to foster an environment where students are given the truth. In a world where this precious truth is becoming more relative, hidden, and avoided, Mount Royal Academy creates a place where students can seek it out in their spiritual lives, academics, social interactions, athletics, and extra curriculars. Seeking the truth in life may not always be the most convenient or painless route; however, it is the path that leads to real peace and happiness. Growing in virtue is the greatest challenge we are given on earth, but it is our mission. We as a community at Mount Royal are able to openly support and challenge each other as faculty, student, or parent as we all continue to strive to grow in virtue towards holiness. - Mr. Andrew Mihaly
