Admissions Policy

The word catholic means literally “all-embracing,” or “universal.” In offering a truly Catholic education, Mount Royal Academy is founded on the desire to be open to all people. We welcome students of any race, creed, national and ethnic origin, and each student is entitled to the same rights, privileges, programs, and activities available to all students of the school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of any of our policies.

Admissions Procedure 

1. Inquire

   The first step in the admissions process is to contact the school via phone or fill out our 'Come for a Visit' form. Families can begin to familiarize themselves with our school through this website and our online presence on Facebook. 2. Visit

   To best understand the mission and identity of Mount Royal Academy, we ask all families interested in enrollment to come for a tour. There is no better way to learn who we are, experience our campus life, and take the first step in forming a lasting partnership between parents and the school.
   
   

3. Apply

   Parents interested in enrolling their students are asked to complete an online application and submit a letter of recommendation along with two years of academic records (report cards, progress reports, standardized test results, etc.). 4. Enroll

   Once the application is complete, our admissions team will review the application and issue a decision within two weeks. Accepted students will received a package that includes pertinent information. An enrollment contract will be sent separately and requires signature upon receipt in order to secure placement. Families seeking financial aid must apply immediately and will receive a notification after the application is reviewed. Enrollment is complete once the contract is signed, fees are paid, and new families meet with the Headmaster. 
   
   

Please note that while Mount Royal Academy does admit students on a rolling basis, 
parents are strongly encouraged to complete their application as soon as possible to secure placement 
for the 2025-2026 academic year.
